Reviews and Ratings
I needed a decent night's sleep before a football trial, but unfortunately, very little rest was had at this hotel. The room was dusty, unvacuumed, with dirty pots and dishes, and very basic for the price. It was hot with minimal ventilation and no proper heating system, just a small window to open.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite being a bit tired and unclean, were spacious with a lovely outlook, which was great for families. The service was top-notch, exceeding my expectations with their attentiveness and helpfulness. The location was convenient, especially for tram links and the city center, although the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas needing improvement.
The hotel has a central location, but some drawbacks like a draft from the balcony door causing discomfort during the night and long waits for the lifts. The rooms had a funny smell and lacked basic amenities, and the room service was disappointing. On the bright side, the hotel provides advice on nearby takeaways.
